The ESEE Advanced Fire Kit is a “last-ditch” fire starter and mini survival kit with a modular design. The watertight capsule has plenty of storage space for tinder, fishhooks, line and other essential survival tools (user supplied). One cap has a 20mm button compass with visible light reflective tape on the reverse side. The other cap is the ferrocerium flint rod with infrared (IR) reflective tape (Glint Tape) on the end. The Advance Fire Kit includes extra rings so the compass and ferro rod can be used as stand alone units. The modular design makes it possible to attach two capsules together (extra capsule and coupler are accessories that are sold separately). Measures 3.70″ x 1.15″ (approx.) and weighs 4 oz.
